As the General Manager, Alex Anderson has over 19 years of professional experience in the HVAC industry. His expertise focuses on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment. Alex’s certifications & licensures include but not limited to: EPA Section 608 Technician Certification, Licensed Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor, NATE Certification, and NCI Certification.

Through out his career Alex continues to thrive on complex challenges in which he has developed a strong track record of finding the most effective solution. As a local Mobilian he enjoys spending time hunting, fishing, competitive shooting, and spending time with his family.

Teresa Anderson graduated from the University of Montevallo with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, and has been with the company for over 29 years.

She specializes in the organization of paperwork, overseeing the employees, and all of the background work that keeps the business running strong. Known for her pleasing demeanor, commitment, and consistency over the years, Teresa sets the tone for managers everywhere.

As a local resident, Teresa knows the odds and ends of surrounding areas, and can easily assist customers and employees with their schedules.

Liz Christie is a dispatcher with over 15 years of experience taking calls, setting schedules, handling paperwork, and processing payments. She specializes in customer satisfaction and employee management, helping to keep the technicians moving. Known for her efficiency, professionalism, and accommodating attitude, Liz raises the bar for dispatchers all around.

As a local resident, Liz is familiar with the surrounding areas and can assist technicians with accurate directions and estimated arrivals.

Duke Campbell is a technician with an achievement from Champion Technician Institute for understanding and troubleshooting wiring diagrams and has accumulated over 8 years of experience working on residential and commercial systems. He specializes in system diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance helping homeowners stay comfortable year-round. Known for his laid back attitude, efficient effort, and determination to solve problems, Duke successfully performs his tasks in the most honest and efficient way.

As a local resident, Duke has grown used to the harsh weather conditions and takes pride in helping keep the community cool during the summer and warm during the winter.

Michael Christie is a helper with over a year of experience in assisting with installation and repairs on residential and commercial systems. He specializes in supplying technicians with the required tools and equipment, and performing additional minor tasks that help keep technicians working efficiently. Known for his consistency, adaptability, and clear communication, Michael helps keep work flowing smoothly.
